This page explains what happens to the details you give on TitanX Store.

What you send

When you place orders, your name, email, phone, delivery address and note are sent to each store you order from and kept in its TitanX account so it can fill and invoice your order. A store you did not order from receives nothing.

TitanX Store keeps your cart and the details you type at checkout in one cookie in your browser, and the payment step of each order for two days so you can come back to it. Everything else is passed straight to TitanX. To have your details corrected or removed, contact the business; you can also write to TitanX support.

What we log

Like any website we keep short-lived server logs (address, page, time) to keep the site running and stop abuse. We use no advertising or tracking scripts and set one cookie, which holds your cart and protects the forms against forgery.
